Our popular Food Hall is full of delicious food and drink with something for everyone. We are proud to stock lots of lovely local produce including eggs laid by our own hens. We have everything from bread and cakes to chutneys and jams, everything you expect to find in a country farm shop.
Our Food Hall was expanded in 2015 and now includes a number of large freezers, we can now stock loose fruit and vegetables, pies and pasties, bakery goods including pastries and cookies as well as frozen ready meals. Suppliers include Field Fare and Cook who pride themselves on using the top quality fresh produce to make delicious food which is quick and easy. From beef bourguignon to chicken tikka or maybe a large shepherd’s pie for the whole family with some lovely seasonal vegetables, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Food Hall Manager
Donna has worked at Highfield for several years and manages our food hall, ensuring we stock the latest and best produces from many local suppliers.
Beer, Ale & Cider
We also stock a large range of beers and ciders, many from local breweries including Gloucester Brewery, Stroud Brewery, Cotswold Lion, Bath Ales, Hillside Brewery and Corinium Ales, plus many more.
We always have great offers on alcohol including 4 for £10 on selected beers.
A collection for every occasion. These well presented boxes make an excellent gift (or a treat for yourself) and are filled delicious jams, chutneys, marmalades, mustard sauces pate, depending on which selection you go for. Why not try Afternoon Tea containing shortbread and jams, or maybe the Steak collection with horseradish, BBQ sauce, English mustard and beer and black peppercorn mustard. There are hot and spicy sauce collections, farmhouse pate or perhaps try the Picnic preserves with spicy plum chutney and venison pate. Definitely something for everyone.
Food intolerances can make food shopping (especially for tasty cakes and sweets) very difficult. We wanted to make sure there was something for everyone so we now stock Mrs Crimbles cakes, slices and cookies. Some say they are even better than their gluten containing alternatives!
