Full time Baker

We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic and motivated Baker to join our Bakery team.

We are known for our delicious freshly baked cakes, including sponges, tray bakes and our famously wonderful scones made daily.
Baking experience is preferred.
Excellent working environment set working pattern with alternate weekends.

Duties include:

• Maintaining our 5-star food hygiene status
• Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures for food service, storage and maintenance
• Being part of the food ordering process
• Preparing and baking cakes in our own bakery
• Following all health and safety guidelines
• Ensuring excellent presentation of bakes
• Preparing our famous Afternoon Tea selection of sandwiches & cakes
• Coming up with new and exciting ideas for cakes and bakes
