We are so pleased to once again welcome you to our Restaurant.
We are now open serving fresh and delicious home cooked food, wonderful cakes and our famous scones made in our own bakery and of course, the perfect cup of coffee.

Restaurant Update

In these ever changing and challenging times it is necessary for us to continually review our procedures, sometimes on a daily basis. With information, guidance and policies being updated all the time, we have to make decisions and adapt quickly in order to remain open, keep our staff and customers safe and continue to give the best possible service.

Breakfast served until 11am, Lunch 11.45pm – 2.30pm
Carvery served every Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday 11.45pm – 2.30pm

You may notice on your visit that during lockdown we been busy and redecorated large parts of our Restaurant, we hope you like it! 
We have also carried out a thorough deep clean of all areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.

  1. All self-service foods have been adapted to be served only by our staff members.
  2. All transactions must be paid by card.
  3. We have covered customer access to all the counters with a protective glass barrier.
  4. The restaurant has been adapted to allow for a one way system to be implemented.
  5. The pre-existing cake display table will no longer be self-service, the cakes that were originally there have been relocated to a non-self-service area.
  6. Tables have been removed from the restaurant floor allowing for 1.5m spacing.
  7. A hand sanitizer station has been put in place at the entrance to the restaurant.
  8. During the lockdown as a result of the recent Covid-19 pandemic, the restaurant has been thoroughly cleaned and redecorated.
  9. Once a party vacates a table, that table will be completely cleared of condiments and cutlery. It will be sanitised by a staff member before another party can be seated.
  10. All condiment bottles will be sanitised by our staff after each use.
  11. All of our staff members have been trained with the necessary COSHH and COVID-19 updates outlined by the government.
  12. Cutlery & napkins will no longer be openly accessible to the public, but will be handed out by our staff members.
  13. Glasses are sanitised but there are also plastic disposable cups for members of the public that feel there could be a risk.
  14. As a company we must record the contact details from our customers as part of the Government Track & Trace system.
