Refund Policy

Returns/exchanging with a receipt
We are happy to exchange or refund an item returned to us in its original undamaged packaging within 28 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. The refund will be issued by the original payment method to the value of the item printed on the receipt. An item can be exchanged for goods to the same value printed on the receipt for that item. (Excludes concessions).

If the original payment method was made using a voucher (Highfield, Privilege or HTA) and a valid receipt is shown, goods can be exchanged to the value printed on that receipt for that item, or a credit note issued to that amount (to be used within 6 months).

Returns without a receipt
If you do not have a receipt or the 28 day limit has expired it is at our discretion to offer either an exchange or issue a credit note. Proof of purchase is needed to qualify. Credit notes must be spent within 6 months of issue.

Items purchased in a multi-buy offer returned with or without a receipt will be exchanged or refunded a the lowest multi-buy price.

Faulty Items
Proof of purchase must be presented to obtain a refund or exchange for faulty items.

Exceptions
Toiletries, grooming products, pierced earrings, food or alcohol are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Specially ordered items and items cut to length are also non-returnable.

Highfield Gift Vouchers and Cards
Highfield Gift Vouchers are valid for payment, or part-payment, of goods from Highfield Garden World, including the Restaurant (excludes in-store concessions). Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash either in full, or part, or replaced if lost or damaged. NO change can be given. Vouchers are only valid between the dates stated on the voucher and with a Highfield Garden World stamp and authorised signature in place. Highfield Garden World reserve the right NOT to accept any damaged, defaced, altered or expired vouchers. Only original vouchers are accepted.

Highfield Gift Cards can be used in full or part-payment for goods purchased from Highfield Garden World and the Restaurant at Highfield. The value of the purchases can be deducted from the balance on the card. Please check in-store for your current balance. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, no change or refund given. If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged with a lower value or a refund, any money owing will be returned as a Credit Note to spend in-store. Highfield Garden World accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cards. The card will not be replaced nor its value refunded in any of these circumstances. Standard Highfield Gift Cards will automatically expire 2 years after the date of purchase and any remaining balance will be lost. Highfield Christmas Gift Cards are only valid between the dates stated on the card, after the expiry date shown any remaining balance will be lost.

Highfield Garden World reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift card at any time.

National Garden Vouchers & Cards
We accept both the HTA National Garden Vouchers & cards which as subject to their own terms & conditions

Till discrepancies
Please check your receipt carefully as errors cannot be rectified once you have left the premises.
